Ann is the Executive Chairperson of the Two Oceans Aquarium Foundation, a leading ocean conservation organisation. She is also a Founding Director of SOLVE, a micro-city initiative of the V&A Waterfront focused on building better futures, and a Co-Founder of DiiVe, a global youth leadership organisation.
Ann is passionate about driving systems change by addressing personal and structural rigidity. Her work across the environmental, education, health, and social sectors is marked by a deep commitment to collaboration, empathy, and vision. She has held several leadership positions in both business and civil society and is a skilled strategy, leadership and multistakeholder process facilitator. She is also a Synergos and Africa Leadership Initiative Fellow, a McNulty Laureate, and serves on various non-profit boards.
